APSS enjoys a stellar global reputation, thanks largely to our impressive line-up of distinguished invited speakers and the substantial volume of industry-relevant research presented each and every year. The continued success of our conference is greatly enhanced by the tremendous support from our dedicated sponsors, and we are truly grateful for the overwhelming backing we receive from our PRF Members and industry partners, both within Australian and internationally.
In 2025, we will again have 5 levels of Event Partnership Packages, each with varying benefits and inclusions. The top 3 levels of sponsorship will offer 3-Nights Accommodation at the 4 Points by Sheraton Sydney, Central Park , which will be our recommended hotel for all guests, including our invited speakers. All Partnership Packages will include Registration to the conference and most also include all Social Events.
We also have a large range of Item/Social Events available for Sponsorship that can be selected in addition to Event Partnership Packages or on their own, depending on your budget. We will offer a 10% BUNDLE Discount on Item/ Social Event Sponsorship if you also opt to take out any Event Partnership package. Each of these options, as well as our Diamond Partnerships (2 available) are available to a single sponsor only, and will be offered firstly to the members of the Poultry Research Foundation. They will be sold on a first in – first served basis, from 9:00am AEST on Tuesday 13th August, 2024.
All other organisations will be have access to any remaining Items/Social Event Sponsorship from 12:00pm AEST on Thursday, 15th August, 2024.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- All sponsors will be required to supply a high resolution logo image to be used for the Pull-Up Banner, Welcome Slideshow, Website & Attendee App. This is to be uploaded into the Sponsors Portal, along with a brief 150- 200 word company profile. This information will be displayed on the Event Website & Attendee App and is an opportunity to give an overview of your organisation. PDF Brochures can also be uploaded and will also be available on all platforms.
- Coffee Cart, Satchel, USB and Lanyard/ Name Badge – the successful sponsors will need to provide their company logo in a format requested by the promotions company to be transferred to the items, and a proof of the item will be sent for sign- off prior to going into print.
- Coffee Cart – sponsor has the option to also provide banners and signage to be displayed on and around the Coffee Cart.
- Social Event Sponsors – Sunday Informal Welcome Drinks, Monday Evening Poster Session & BBQ or Tuesday Night Symposium Dinner. Sponsor will be required to provide banners or signage to be displayed at the corresponding events. Sponsors will also have the option to be the host/MC for each event.
- Pens/ Note Pads – 400 of each are to be supplied to the conference organisers by the sponsor and will be included in each delegate’s conference satchel. Left- overs will be made available on the sign- in table during the conference.
